Grandma Rose’s Mile High 2 Ingredient Biscuits
These moist and thick 2 ingredient biscuits are a crowd pleaser!
- 3 cups Self-Rising Flour Unbleached
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
Preheat the oven to 450°
Add all of the flour to your mixing bowl. Then add the cream to the flour 1/2 cup at a time. Keep adding the cream until the mixture becomes sticky and looks wet. It should be one big ball.
Start scooping the dough into 2” balls. Then place them into your greased baking sheet or cast iron skillet.
Brush the tops of each biscuit with the remaining cream.
Bake the biscuits for about 10-12 minutes.
Remove from oven, add LOTS of butter, and ENJOY!!!
- You will use less than the 2 cups of heavy whipping cream so make sure you only add 1/2 a cup of the cream at a time when mixing with the flour. Also, please pour slowly so as not to over saturate!
