Quick Pepperoni Pizza Waffles
For every lunch I try and make it exciting and fun for the kids. I try and mix it up and try various types of foods in order to keep the Littles interested. So, for this lunch I made my Quick Pepperoni Pizza Waffles.
I make these Waffles once a month for lunch. Every time that I make them I switch out the ingredients based upon whatever organic ingredients are on sale.

INSTRUCTIONS
First, shred the cheese (or multiple cheeses). Then place all of the ingredients on a plate/tray in an assembly like manner.
Next, roll out your biscuit dough with your rolling pin. Roll it as thin as you can go without tearing and leaving holes in your dough.
Now place about 1-2 TB of Red Sauce on one half of the rolled out dough.
Next add about 1-2 TB of shredded cheese directly on top of the red sauce.
Place 6-10 slices of pepperoni directly on top of the shredded cheese.
Add another 1-2 TB of shredded cheese directly on top of the pepperoni slices.
You can also add spices directly to Pepperoni Pizza Waffles before closing them.
Next, fold the empty half over and close the Waffle. I kind of roll the edges after I close the edges.
Finally add your Pepperoni Pizza Waffle to one half of your waffle maker then seal/cook for about 3 minutes after it marinates.
