This cocktail is a blend of Canadian Whiskey, Butterscotch Schnapps, and a splash of coke. Normally, I don’t care for cocktails that are sweet but this one just somehow surprisingly works!

I seem to have a penchant for meeting people in public spaces and having them share extremely personal information and me reciprocating… I met “Z” at our local liquor store and not only did he share some pretty amazing basics about mixing drinks but he was also very open, friendly, and shared some very special parts of his life with me!

Z is a former bartender and he was telling me about this drink, but that he never came up with a name. So, he said it is mine to name and do with as I please. Then he explained how to make variations of drinks and how the formula works when making cocktails!

Add all of the ingredients except the lemon peel into a shaker and give a light shake until blended. Strain into a martini glass and enjoy!

Ingredients

• 1 oz Canadian Whiskey
• 1/2 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
• splash Coca-Cola
• 3/4 cup ice
• Lemon Peel

Instructions

• Add all of the ingredients except the lemon peel into a shaker and give a light shake until blended.
• Strain into a martini glass then enjoy!

Notes

If you are like me then you do not care for sweet cocktails however this one just works no matter what your taste buds like!
