If you are like me then you are always on the lookout for cheap and free things to do with your family! Twice a month we go to our local Granary to spend time with the baby chicks…

It helps to teach our Littles to be patient, kind, gentle, and how to care for a living thing that is wholly dependent on you at that exact moment! They often have a hard time leaving the Granary when it is time to go. I also purchase several items from our Granary in order to support their business!

Most of our most memorable family adventures have been spur of the moment fly by the seat of your pants kind of activities. At this point I have learned to just go with the flow and when the Littles show interest in things try and find activities similar to what they want to try.
